Sai brings CommerceIQ more than 20 years of marketing and strategy experience from a mix of enterprises and startups, leading marketing efforts across demand generation, product marketing and brand management.
Prior to CommerceIQ, Sai served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at SheerID, where he played a key role in driving growth over seven years. His career also includes leadership roles at Apigee (acquired by Google), SAP and co-founding TalentCove.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. Sai grew up in Mangalore, India, and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Emmanuelle Gounot is the VP of Customer Success at CommerceIQ, where she leads the global strategy for Sales and Shelf solutions for the world's largest enterprise CPG brands. A seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience, her expertise is built on a 360-degree view of the digital landscape, having held commercial leadership roles at both Amazon and Alibaba.
Throughout her career, which spans three continents, Emmanuelle has specialized in bridging the gap between complex data and automated execution. She is currently focused on scaling AI-driven workflows that enable brands to transform retail insights into measurable sales and share gains. Prior to CommerceIQ, she held various leadership positions across the e-commerce and logistics sectors, consistently driving digital transformation for global clients.

Jyoti has a detailed and well-rounded experience as a Human Resource Business Partner & Talent Acquisition, specifically in high-tech product development companies in startups and large enterprises.
Her experience covers working in all spheres of HR practice, including Driving Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Change Management, HR support during Merger & Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits and coaching in environments under Matrix Structures with Multinational Cultural Sensitivities.
Cofounder and Head of Products
Himanshu is an experienced business leader with 12+ years of experience across product management, customer success, business development, statistical modeling, building enterprise software and services. Himanshu leads product management for the CommerceIQ Advertising platform.
Prior to CommerceIQ, Himanshu advised fortune 100 companies at Kearney and started his career building machine learning models at Capital One.
He has a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
SVP, Engineering and India Site Leader
Gaurav is an experienced engineering leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software products at companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
He spent many years in the EC2 org at AWS, where he led building and shipping multiple new cloud services in the area of enterprise management. Most recently, he served as a Director Engineering in the Developer lifecycles services division at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Gaurav earned his B.E. in Computer Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, New Delhi and his PhD in Computer Science from Ohio State University.
SVP, Growth and Partnerships
Nimay serves as SVP of Growth and Partnerships at CommerceIQ. He has over 20 years of experience in product and commercialization leadership, having successfully scaled and exited multiple PE and VC backed companies.
He led Product and Growth at Series E Sequoia and Google Ventures backed Security Scorecard and Martech Forrester Wave leader Jivox. Additionally, he co-founded and exited Cloudreach as a PE roll up via Blackstone.
Nimay holds an MBA from INSEAD and a GSP in AI Robotics from NASA and Google backed Singularity University. He is a TEDx and SXSW speaker, a published author of 6 research papers in AI, and was invited to become a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow in 2019.

Dan is CommerceIQ's SVP of EMEA & APAC, leading the region's new acquisitions and customer retention. He is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience, specialising most recently in retail media. He is passionate about working with CPG and Consumer Electronics brands and helping them overcome challenges and expand their businesses.
VP, Corporate Controller
Jeff is a seasoned finance executive focused on corporate strategy, process improvement, and creative problem solving. He is hands-on and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly understand new landscapes and subject matter.
Jeff has held senior finance roles across multiple companies and holds a B.A. in Physics & Astronomy from Whitman College and a Masters in Accounting from Golden Gate University.

Katen is an experienced business leader with 13+ years of experience across performance marketing, retail media, business operations and program development.
A sleeves up leader, Katen helped scale 2 agencies through 9-figure exits and now works to solve problems for CommerceIQ's largest clients. Katen holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California San Diego.
Executive Chairman of the Board
Guru Hariharan founded CommerceIQ in 2019, backed by top tier investors like Insight Partners, Softbank, and Madrona Ventures, and led the company as CEO into a global retail technology solution serving thousands of brands and retail partners. He continues to support CommerceIQ as its executive chairman of the Board. Guru brings 20 years of experience in ecommerce and technology, and held leadership roles at Amazon and eBay. A 2024 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Bay Area finalist, Guru holds a Master’s degree with a focus in Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Managing Director, Insight Partners
Nikitas Koutoupes is a Managing Director at Insight Partners who joined the firm in 2001. He focuses on investments in application software, especially in education technology and sales & marketing automation.
His prior investments at Insight include CloudCraze (acquired by Salesforce), Virgin Pulse (acquired by Marlin Equity), Capella University (IPO), Exact Target (IPO, acquired by Salesforce), eVestment (acquired by Nasdaq), and Frontline (acquired by Thoma Bravo), among others.
Nikitas received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs, graduating summa cum laude.
Managing Director, Madrona Ventures
Prior to joining Madrona, Scott worked at Amazon.com, where he held senior product and business management positions in the Amazon Kindle and Amazon Marketplace groups, including leading the international rollout of Amazon's Merchants@ platform.
Earlier in his career, Scott was a Senior Consultant in Accenture's strategy consulting practice. Scott was an early investor in CommerceIQ, and has been on the board since June 2014.
Scott graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics, and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Managing Director, Shasta Ventures
Jason is a Managing Director at Shasta Ventures, overseeing an early-stage venture capital firm managing over $1 billion. His active investments span enterprise cloud computing, mobility, commerce, open source software, SaaS, and social networks.
Prior to joining Shasta, Jason held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Walmart.com for five years, helping grow the business from zero to substantial revenue and establishing it as one of the largest online retailers.
Jason holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
